Introduction
Edmonton the capital of Alberta is the state’s second largest city with a population about 80,000.This city is often referred to as the city of champions. It houses the west Edmonton hall, which is the largest shopping mall in the entire world. The climate in Edmonton is mostly pleasant and sunny. Summers are mild and it’s known to be one of Canada’s sunniest city. The city’s seasons are quite unpredictable.

Art & Culture
After being hit by a tornado in 1987, the city recovered and was on the path to prosperity by the late 90s.The main focus of economy of this city in recent time has been oil and gas. Today, Edmonton is a modern city of more than 700,000 residents with a booming economy fuelled by oil production. The tar sands of Alberta are just north of the city and hold the world's largest reserves of oil.
